It was my pleasure to plan Carson’s first birthday. When I first met Carson’s Mommy, She asked for a camo party. With Duck Dynasty being so popular that is the image that came into my head immediately. I almost cringed, but instead I said, “OK, can you trust my vision?” With not a delay, she said “yes” and I basically laid out for her a sweet Texas chic party incorporating deer, the glitter Mommy wanted and the camo Daddy wanted. From there it was easy to bring my vision to life as I had her support all the way, no questions asked.
Immediately I turn to Harper Gray, my go to graphic girl. She knows me well and pumped out this darling invite.
We addressed and mailed all the invitations for Carson. I brought together some of our favorite vendors like Party Creative for tassels the wreath and and Shop Sweet LuLu for our party products such as the gold balloons and striped straws.
I was so sad to not to be able to attend and style Carson’s party the day of. I had prior commitments that did not allow me to be in town. I felt as if I had overwhelmed my client, but her and her sisters peiced it together and a great time was had by all!
